Abhijit Dandekar, MD & CEO
Abhijit is the founding member of Sentio Technologies. He has an extensive industry experience of over three decades and has worked with customers in various geographies including Europe, Middle East and Asia across industry verticals like Automotive, Aerospace, BFSI, Defense, Government, Retail, Telecom and so on.

Abhijit has worked in leadership positions in large MNC and Indian companies like Bajaj Auto, Godrej & Boyce, HCL Hewlett Packard, Ness Technologies, KPIT. He started Sentio Technologies in 2010 later on.
Abhijit has done his Bachelors in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Mumbai and has done his ICWA and Executive Program in Management from XLRI. Abhijit likes to read, listen to music in his spare time.
Khushal Kesrod, Director - Technology
Khushal holds the responsibilities of Technology Evaluation, Team Building, Training, Services Delivery, Pre and Post Sales Support and Customer Satisfaction.

Khushal has done Masters in Mechanical Engineering and worked as Research Fellow in Mechanical Design with ISRO for three years before working with a reseller of engineering software. He has mastered CAD-CAE products like Altair Hyper Works, Siemens Simcenter, Bentley Systems and ESI Sysweld. His core strength is in Product Design, CAE and Optimization across domains such as Heavy Engineering, Automotive, Aerospace, Defense and Consumer Electronics.

Khushal is married and has two children. His main hobbies include spending time with family and going on outing to a green and a peaceful places.
Akshata Avadhani, Director
Akshata manages Marketing activities and heads Sentio Sales Operations in Europe. Located in Dublin, Ireland Akshata has the strategic advantage of being in close proximity with the European customers.

Akshata began her career in Sales with Naukri.com - India's #1 Job Portal company and later moved to Dublin to work with a leading company in Communications equipment. She had also done her internship at Deloitte India while doing her post graduation in management.
Akshata has done her Bachelors degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Pune University and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing & Financial Management from IBS, Mumbai. She has also done a Diploma in Social Media Marketing.
